Hot Thermal Spring

In winter holiday Hubby's school's study group went to Sicak Cermik Thermal spring -31 kilometres far from the city center-for a week. I went with the kids two days later. We stayed at the same suit room as we did last year. This time English study group was studying in our room. So we spent whole day with the students doing exercises. It was nice . I took cure baths twice a day for a few days. Normally 21 days of bath is good they say . Cause we had limited time I started to have double a day . The water degree is about 45 - 50 degrees.
The water consists sodium, sulfat,hydrocarbon, magnesium and carbonat, and it is good for rheumatism,digestion system,kydneys and uriner system, and a few more problems. Three days later after the bath joint and muscle aches start and the cure starts after that at each bath.
And I learned that double bath has no use.
In the middle of the silence of the winter far from the city center staying in a hot hotel was the best part of this holiday for everyone. One additional good thing for me was no cooking , no housework . There is a thermal hospital unit of the university hospital. Nowadays my backaches are so bad whenever I go to the doctor sure I will be given 21 days of cure there. But the idea of staying at a hospital alone sounds really scary to me.

A day of Mevlana trip

At last I went to visit Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi in Konya. Infact my desire was to visit there on the week of Seb-i aruz , but the tour was postponed to the following week so we couldn't see the whirling semazens.
Insallaah next time. Cause the days are very short in December we just visited the Mevlana museum and Alaaddin Mosque from Seljuk times. The mosque is 900 years old and has 60 coloumns and can take 5 thousand ppl at one time.
A mubarek person says whoever visits Mevlana gets his or her spritual share. While I was walking in the museum I realized that sufism was not so easy.
And one more decision next time I won't go there by a package tour.Sitting and listening to the ney among those mubarek people without being disturbed must be a nice experience.
