Happiness on the shelves
Here winter is a very long term so as usual I have started my winter preparation this weekend.I was busy with 20 kilos of vegetables and fruit on Saturday. We dry pepper to stuff during winter , we make pickles , store some vegetables into the deepfreeze and make different kinds of jam. I made apricot , strawberry and peach jam.
There is a short rewarded poem I heard on the radio once. I always remember and murmur that poem when I fill the jars with jam.
''I didn't know that my mother's happiness was hidden in the jars of jam that were standing on the shelves. ''
As long as we are healthy enough to do some prep for our family and more than that as long as we have a neat family and relatives ,some good neighbours and friends to eat with us happily what would we like more?

Happiness can be everywhere. We have to find it though.
